The Particle Problem Podcast
The Particle Problem Podcast explores cardiovascular risk through the biology of ApoB-containing particles, triglycerides, VLDL, LDL-C, Lp(a), liver metabolism, and cumulative exposure over time.
Most people are taught to think about cardiovascular risk through cholesterol. Cholesterol matters, but it is only part of the system. The deeper question is what carries that cholesterol, how many particles are circulating, how they are produced and cleared, and how long they remain in the bloodstream.
The central framework is simple:
Cholesterol is the cargo.
Particles are the exposure.
